Alongside coaching founders, I’ve spent the last 7+ years designing and delivering leadership, consulting and capability development programmes across the public and private sectors, training more than 5,700 professionals since 2018.
I’m an Accredited Executive Coach, Master Facilitator and AC Group Mentor, with a background spanning coaching, consulting and large-scale capability development.
Most of the people I work with are already highly capable at what they do. My role is to help them build clearer commercial systems around that expertise, so they can attract better-fit clients, price more strategically and create businesses that don’t rely entirely on constant delivery.
