I'm a consultant, writer and executive coach with over 30 years’ international HR experience, having worked in all areas of Human Resources and Organisation Development. I have extensive experience of both the public and private sectors, and have held senior HR leadership positions in several leading companies including HP, Merck, Nestlé and Roche. I now work as a consultant and coach with a variety of businesses and NGOs.
I'm also the co-author of Engaged: Unleashing Your Organization’s Potential Through Employee Engagement (2012) which was shortlisted for the CMI Management Book of the Year Award and described as “essential reading for all business leaders” by Professor Klaus Schwab, Founder and Executive Chairman, World Economic Forum.
I have an MA in Management Studies and a Postgraduate Certificate in the Psychology of Organisational Development and Change. I'm an accredited AC Executive Coach, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), a Chartered Manager (CMgr) and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI).
