Interest in the Accelerated Team Coach Training (ACTC) route is growing. Since its launch, we’ve seen increasing interest from providers looking to strengthen and differentiate their Team Coach Training (TCT) offer.
ATCT recognises the rigour of high-quality programmes and provides a faster, streamlined route to AC TCT Accreditation without unnecessary duplication. For many training providers, it’s becoming a clear marker of quality and professional alignment.
We are currently putting together a new podcast series for the Association for Coaching podcast, on Coaching Men. Rob Lawrence will be the host. We are looking for guests who specifically coach men as their only or main area of coaching.
We want to know the specific challenges men are bringing into the coaching space, what areas of life are affecting them; how different types of coaching helps them; or what types of coaching methods are particularly effective for men; what isn’t working for men in the coaching space? where are their gaps? What in your own story brought you to coaching men?
