Hello there!

I am already a chartered manager and work as a Mentor with the Chartered Management Institute. However, having undertaken the ILM Level 5 Coaching - my passion was ignited. I will be working towards ILM Level 7 as of September 2023. Want to develop further thereafter and look at coaching research for a MSc-PhD. Very interested in leadership, and coaching.
