Call for coaches to participate in coaching research led by Sheela Hobden and co-supervised by Dr Tünde Erdös and Professor David Clutterbuck I am an ICF PCC Coach with a passion for wellbeing in the workplace. I invite coaches to take part in a study to explore it in depth. The question is whether “
any formal workplace coaching” will improve
resilience and wellbeing.
Why undertake this research?Mental health, staff resilience and wellbeing are rising up the global agenda, providing a huge opportunity for coaching. I myself noticed in my clients, that whatever the topic, multiple resilient traits, including sleep and activity were increasing through coaching. As such, clients found this to be a “side-benefit” and excited me to conduct deeper research. This work is relevant to coaches and organisations considering coaching, in choosing which methods to adopt (or not) when it comes to supporting workforce wellbeing.
